The MCBG Sponsored ‘Health Check’
The first MCBG fundraising event of the year is almost upon us – the (dreaded) ‘MCBG Healthcheck’. Alison Presswell, our occupational health specialist (www.carlyonbayoh.co.uk) has very kindly offered to give all our members a body healthcheck. Each member will undergo a series of basic health tests (Blood pressure, Cholestrol levels, Heart rate check etc) and for the pleasure each donate money towards the Group’s chosen charity – Cornwall Air Ambulance.
The checks are being carried out after each of two meetings on April 7th and 14th and the Cliff Head Hotel has very kindly allowed us to stay on after each meeting for the health check sessions. Keep an eye out on the website where I will try and get some photos and quotes from Alison and some of the members from the day.
